Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Any other tasks Management requires
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers at the counter - Take orders and process payments accurately - Maintain a clean and organized counter area - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Assist with order fulfillment and packaging - Communicate effectively with customers and team members - Upsell products and promote sales - Maintain knowledge of current promotions and market trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations - Knowledge of vehicle maintenance products is beneficial - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career growth.
