We are seeking a Front Desk/Dental Receptionist to join our team.
As a Front Desk/Dental Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our patients and assist with administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Verify patient insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records - Maintain patient records, including medical history and treatment plans - Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing and organizing documents - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality - Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless experience Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Dentrix Software - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Job Types:
